Le Emperoz 2026 is a two-part integrated initiative organized by Rajadhani Business School, part of Rajadhani Institute of Engineering & Technology (Autonomous). The event combines a National-Level Management Fest with a CxO Business Conclave, creating a unique platform that connects future managers with current industry leaders.

Le Emperoz – National-Level Management Fest (Day 1)

Le Emperoz is the flagship management fest of Rajadhani Business School, designed to engage, challenge, and inspire young management aspirants. The fest brings together UG and PG students from colleges across the region to compete, collaborate, and showcase their managerial skills.

The event features multiple competitive events across core management domains such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Strategy, and General Management. With high student participation and campus-wide engagement, Le Emperoz serves as a strong platform for youth engagement, experiential learning, and brand visibility.

The day concludes with an evening cultural segment, featuring student-led cultural performances and live music, creating a vibrant atmosphere and high audience engagement.
